Meet Our Team
Ross H. Schmierer, Esq.
For over a decade, Ross has focused his practice on helping consumers and victims of corporate wrongdoing. During this time, Ross has served as lead counsel, co-lead counsel or on the executive committee in class actions across the country in both federal and state court.
These class actions have involved consumer fraud, product defects, food mislabeling, false advertising, violations of wage and hour law as well as other state and federal consumer protection laws.
Abbas Kazerounian, Esq.
Mr. Kazerounian is regarded as one of the preeminent consumer rights attorneys in Southern California, and he is of counsel to the Schmierer Law Group. He is also one of the founding partners at Kazerouni Law Group, APC, and the Injury Recovery Group.
He has litigated over 3,000 individual consumer rights cases. He also has significant trial experience and knowledge in this field of law. He has been responsible for over 650 published opinions, and he has successfully argued before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on numerous occasions.
Todd M. Friedman, Esq.
Mr. Friedman is regarded as a one of the predominant plaintiff’s practitioners in California, and he is of counsel to the Schmierer Law Group. He also founded The Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman, P.C., to represent consumers in a variety of concerns, including fair debt collection, employment matters, lemon law, fair credit reporting and personal injury litigation.
He has successfully litigated over 5,000 individual plaintiff’s cases, mainly using the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the California Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (RFDCPA), as well as lemon law, employment and personal injury/wrongful death matters. His vast array of experience and knowledge in these practice areas, along with his extensive trial skills, make him one of the premiere advocates within these areas of law.
